  • The post I showed was closed 10 years ago, so no wonder there are no new posts since then. ;) Personally, I don't use Discord and don't like it. Forums are a much more clearly arranged way to communicate. However, that community is still nice and alive, having over seven thousand channel members and several guilds. To make…
  • I just want to ask when this will be fixed. Has been some year now, so it would be about time.
  • People read zone chat, are in guilds, custom channels....there are many ways to know about things which happen in the game, and the current state of ZAX speaks for itself.
  • Did you even read my post? Nothing against a bit of fun, but those statements are just not fair.
  • It's only legitimate when strum writes "should", I like it. Due to the complexitiy of modern computer programs, it's sometimes hard to figure out if everything will work as expected. So "should" is much more honest than "will".
  • I'd really like to read more opinions from other players. So feel free to post. :)
  • demonmonger, you are really not constructive. You are free to make a different proposal regarding the PvP system, but you're not constructive at all, all you are is butthurt. Yes, you are buttheart, your behaviour clearly shows it. No use to continue writing with you, I think I'll just ignore your posts from now on, unless…
  • Errr, are you aware that you contradict yourself? If you want to see who has the most skill, it is inevitable that everyone starts under the same conditions, else you can never say who is the more skilled player. To make this more clear, you have 2 combatants, one has a pistol, the other a knife. Now the fight begins,…
  • Ok, you made your choice, you want to wallow yourself in your gear and feel superior to other players because of it. However, your choice isn't the choice of everyone else. In this thread, 4 people posted who chose the living PvP. Now it's up to the devs what they make of it and, of course, the following posters.
  • Really, you aren't very constructive, but I can't change that. And your arguments are partly pretty far-fetched. I hear that you're really butthurt due to my proposal because you invested so much time and effort into getting your gear, that's what I take from all your post and that's your only argument so far. And, maybe,…
  • Well, your spamming doesn't make up an argument, sorry. :) I don't know if you noticed it, but PvP in Neverwinter is pretty much dead! Queues take forever and if you're lucky to get a match, many players leave instantly. Why is this? Well, the answer is obvious, it's because the actual PvP system is broken. They see there…
  • Well, you brought no real arguments. Why are you so against a balanced PvP? Imo this should be what every PvPer wishes. Test your own skill against other players skill, that's all PvP really is about! And your gear would still be useful in open PvP and PvE.
  • I have to strongly disagree. As said, PvP should be about skill, not who has more stats (often bought, as we all know). So for an MMO, having no gear stats applied in serious PvP actually is a good thing, since this is a way to keep PvP balanced. Plus, from my experience, I know that it works pretty well. Go and play some…
  • Yeah, you can't exploit those 2, right? Let me tell you that you can finish both of them legit. ToS even is the easiest T2. Btw, a fix of the CC exploit would be greatly appreciated! Hope to see it next week. Altogether a pretty nice patch, but please fix the CC exploit, but please fix the CC exploit, but please....ok,…
  • Did you ever think about what all the botter problems tell about the community of this game? Without people willing to buy their stuff, there won't be any problem. Instead of supporting the game and buy stuff at the game store (yes, it is more expensive and some items are overpriced, but anyway), they go to third party…
  • Again, paladins are not supposed to be a damage class
  • Watch some pure PvP games, there are plenty of support classes. PvP isn't about getting kills, it's a team game and pretty strategical.
  • Paladins aren't supposed to kill anyone, they are a support class and were introduced as a support class. So time to start playing them as a support class, nothing wrong with it.
  • Actually, they let us know: https://twitter.com/NeverwinterGame/ Not in this forum maybe, but the twitter and facebook pages belong to this game, too.
  • I couldn't agree more with this! Thanks for your post, more of those are needed.
  • Don't use Chrome unless you want Google to know everything about you.:p Better try Opera, Safari, Konqueror... There are many, many browsers: list
  • Maybe Minsc didn't take care of Boo.
  • Let me just say one thing: Patience is a virtue! :) That there's nothing in the patch notes about GWF, Warlock,... doesn't mean they aren't working on it. Same counts for PvE gear, etc. Did people unlearn to be patient? Give them some time and keep in mind that they only upload content to preview of which they think it's…
  • It lasts usually not longer than 20-30 seconds, in case it's a complete teamfight. And 1 vs 1 rarely happens (see above, it's a team game). Also, if a class is not good in PvP right now, maybe you shouldn't use this class but play another one. This is also a thing about PvP, things are changing and at one time this…
  • Watch some games of League of Legends, fights don't last for minutes, they are often over in the blink of an eye. It's CC the target and burst, 2 seconds and he's dead. The good players avoid the CC abilities and can, after the opponent used everything, counterengage and get an advantage. You might also set up a trap with…
  • Not sure if you know it, but if you play some pure PvP games, it is all about CC abilities and chaining them. If it's Dota 2, League of Legends, Smite, Heroes of Neverth.... it's all about CC. You take out one target by chaining your CC and killing it and make use of your following map advantage. The skill involved is to…
  • Does anyone know fitting gauntlets/slippers to Robes of Asmodeus?
  • If they don't address problems, it's wrong. If they do address problems, it's wrong. Conclusion?
  • Short question to this (though it's a bit OT), did you try terror on your Warlock? Can imagine that it works pretty well, especially with TT.
  • What I always find a bit problematic (and what I believe is the reason why here haven't been patch notes for a while) is this "But what about xy?" and "Why is yz still not fixed?". If you imagine yourself being in the situation of our devs and constantly facing the issue that what you've done is mostly not appreciated but…
