I have been wondering if I was going crazy but yes this inspection of the Transcendent Elven Battle Enchantment is 100% true. This is a major problem in PVP because any HR can kill anybody with this enchantment in a matter of a seconds. Even if I attempted to run away in stealth to get a health potion, the roots damage…
