I can't seem to edit the original comment, I don't want to start another post and spam the forums so I'll add it here. Also the Cleric cleanse on green chains only drops the shield if the greens chains are on the cleric, the paly can cleanse them on anyone to drop the shield, it's also bugged for the Warlock but not sure…

I'm currently rank 12 vip, I could care less about the removal of ranks. Keys still need to be 1 per day, it's one of the main reasons people purchase vip and log in everyday. Lock box odds need to be improved regardless.. I still want reroll tokens.
