Despair not dropping any rewards

in Bug Reports (Xbox One)
This has happened with two different groups, once Despair dies it doesn't drop weapons or the pet. I think both times it was in the lake cavern with the boat map. Both times someone also died in the water, that's the only similarities I can think of.

    I can't seem to edit the original comment, I don't want to start another post and spam the forums so I'll add it here. Also the Cleric cleanse on green chains only drops the shield if the greens chains are on the cleric, the paly can cleanse them on anyone to drop the shield, it's also bugged for the Warlock but not sure if they can drop the shield at all.
