No its not. Its the same, I got tricked too when I need to buy the helmet pieces it should be 400 Verdant for a 100 Crackling. And I had to grind Crackling again for hours

Yeah, the 2nd chest need Demonic Key instead of Hellfire Key. The normal chest gives underdark loots, and doesnt gives Chaotic Writings - on my run I got On Madness and Ring of Vanishing Presence +1 from the normal chest

Yeah, if you are a dps dont bother to upgrade seal armor to legendary on Dragonbone Vale if you are a tank the legendary upgraded weapaon wasnt a bad choice, since there is no such thing as good tank weapaon. I think its only for HC VoS maze. I dont think its an independent cooldown, as far as I know the duration of mightier is 6 second, the problem was if we delay to cast mightier for example, delaying to cast it for 3 second the next mightier will be on cooldown for 3 second and you only got 3 second to cast it instead of 6. I agree that the hypo damage is ridiculous in RC. And the "invisible" aoe damage also ridiculous. Its verry hard but still doable.
