after a little testing i seem to have nailed down the Not zoning into a pvp instance to 1 thing, altho it may just be a coincidence. Being in a Zone in a zone.. For example, being in the PVP house while in Protectors enclave. Also did it while in the tavern

I pretty much agree with any point, Even on normal most groups can't kill him with decent gear, and i've tried.. countless upon countless wipes to try.

Being kicked out of a PVP game will almost always result in you not loading in when you re-queue I got kicked out of a pvp group today, And i have not being able to get in PvP since, I never zone in.

I don't know why but if you use Eye of the storm on the top slot and arcane presence in the bottom slot, Arcane Presence will not work.

From what i've tested it cannot crit whatsoever. Any crit will show up as orangey yellow text reguardless of what type of attack

I run a very similar build, which i'll prob respec pretty soon, Biggest difference is i have the Shard of Ava feat. Its better than people give credit for. I just don't bother with this, Its annoying to use in a rotation, It takes to long to cast in any stressful PVP match and the damage itself is incredibly lackluster, a single MM cycle does nearly the same dmg

I've played up to lvl28 and i have to say they're a little underpowered, I'm getting out DPS'd by Great swords by as much as 200k dps in dungeons when i'm going balls to the walls DPS (4 stack RoE > EF > CoI > Chill strike).
