This is what happened to me actually, i leveled up w/o even noticed it.. and boom.. no more Skirmish.. i rly hope they find a way to fix this smoothly and fast.

without being able to validate my opinion i believe that MMOs nowadays are implemented for International clients via INT servers, which i believe are hosted in some central EU or US country and you connect by accessing the best DNS to connect you to whatever server u play. so Ping won't have big difference as long you are…
