So anyone knows waht should i have to do ? I've never had those problems before and this is the only game which makes me problems. My connection isnt bad ( i got like 19 mb down and 1.9 up )

Yeah... got a lot of trouble with this game since the new patch of 7-8-2014 ... when i'm trying to connect, my launcher dosent even load, if it load and i go ingame, i have server not responding every 2-3 mins, can't change a map, can't run a dungeoun .. .can't do nothing. I found the code and i've introduced it on my arc reedeem but it dosent work :\ what should i do ? the code is c******r but it dosent work... is there any "-" or something ?
