They SHOULD HAVE, while the servers were down this morning, made the Nightmares Bind on Account to prevent people from selling all the extra exploited ones. I know someone that 14 of them. 14!! :/

I also don't understand the full everyone nerf either .... What is the point of a nerf to help PVP (I don't play it so I idk), if your going to nerf EVERYONE anyway? Reducing EVERYONE by 10% or whatever, is still gonna make them just as even as they were BEFORE the patch!

My husband's GWF has problems sometimes, he says that he just unequips it and reequips it and it works for him. I know in pvp it is probably a time waster but I guess it is something rather than nothing since there is no fix :O

Like Hogancz2 said, you probably missed a day, or if you were unaware like I was when I first started. I am not completely sure how it works, so I can't comment, but I have been making sure all my toons pray before bed and when I wake up.

If the CC is from anyone other than Chase, then I don't know. I had a HUGE problem with chase over the last month trying to buy ANYTHING online (EBay/Pack/Birthday gifts/etc). Their "Fraud" department seems to decline EVERYTHING (Even paypal?!). I even had a confusing problem that I had to yell at them for weeks about…
