I'll add my two cents on this one. I have a max level Angel companion that used to be able to keep up on heals just fine. Now, I'm popping healing stones like they're Pez candy, because she can't heal worth a flip. On another character, I use a Defender companion to keep aggro off of her. I can't play said character…
They're nerfed, and horribly. My healer doesn't heal hardly at all anymore. I've fallen in combat 8 times in tthe three days I've been back, and I'm really thinking about just walking away yet again. Fix this, Cryptic.
I'd rather they do something based on Luskan, or Mere of Dead Men, than something like this. Heck, a run to Waterdeep, Baldur's Gate, or Amn would have been preferable to... this.
And, as usual, they can't patch it in the time frame initially specified. Might as well just say 4 hours whenever you patch, Cryptic, that way most of us won't be disappointed.
And why is that? I ask that because in the last week and a half, I've purchased, either through Zen or the market, 225 of these Stronghold Chests of Power. And NOT ONE of them has given any Stone. This is why these need to be tradeable.
Not even close. Metal, Food, Stone, none of them can be traded. Might want to do a little more research first. I refer specifically to the ones you get out of a Stronghold Chest of Power.
Having this issue. Was in game, game froze, kicked me out to desktop. Can't connect since, every other game (save Cryptic ones) loads just fine. Might want to fix the login server, this is BS.
Well, so much for doing anything in the game today at all, since I have to work in an hour. Thanks, Cryptic. (Was hoping to get my dragon dailies done, at the very least. Oh well.)
Could always stand to fix the pathing of companions, can't count the number of recent times I've gone into a fight, only to find my companion has warped to the beginning of the dungeon yet again. And still no cure for the gold spammers, which only gives more weight to the assumption of some of us.
Agreed, I'm quite disappointed in the lack of customization options, compared to other Cryptic titles, past and present. However, I've managed to work with what's available, to decent enough effect. But charging outrageous amounts of Zen for simple things that should be available to everyone is a bit blatant.
Xariama goes back to EverQuest 1, back in '99. Ten incarnations so far, all but one of them big brutes with big weapons. The lone exception was SWG, where she was a short and nimble Bounty Hunter.
