same here only reason I paid the 60 bucks was to play in this weekends beta. they dont respond to tickets and dont answer there billing phone at PW eventho its bussiness hours there. guess alot of ppl are trying to get there $ back lol what a joke...

The last one I got when I followed those instructions on the link to cryptic and STO Logged in it asked for a one time code went to emal there was a new one entered it. Yeah but that doesnt WORK. I finally got a One time code Didnt work. Deleted cookies to and got a second ONE TIME CODE that didnt work EITHER?!?! How is changing the password gonna help. But I did try that and Still wont take either of the one time codes I have??? How can you DISABLE this account guard BS...??? paid 60…

Yup same here. Paid 60 bucks for nothing. Altho I did finally get a code email after an hour + but that didnt work lol. This is kinda a joke wish I didnt pay 60 bucks for this account guard BS

Yeah a bunch from what I been reading. Im in the same boat kinda but I finally got the one time code after an hour plus but it didnt work lol. Read on support that if you delete your cookies ACCOUNT GUARD will send you another One Time Code Email. I got a second one time code and that didnt work either. Sucks...

it will eventually send you a ONE TIME CODE. But from what I been seeing on posts is that alot of one time codes even when you get them dont work. You can also delete cookies and then relog into PW site and it sent me a SECOND one time code but that didnt work either. lol 60 bucks for nothing this weekend.

Same Problem. If you delete your cookies it will send a new ONE TIME CODE....lol. That one didnt work for me either... Am pretty pissed I had a key and gave it away cuz I bought the 60 $ pack. now im stuck. Billing wont answer there phones eventho its Office Hours there. ACCOUNT GUARD SUCKS ***....

How about A ONE TIME CODE PROBLEM?? Paid the 60 bucks to get in and the code that they finaly sent dont work on my comp. Looked up support and deleted cookies and new code was sent after about an hour again. DOESNT WORK.???!!! Any one know a work around?? Thx Sean
