Having trouble getting into game.

I've gotten past the log in screen. It is now asking me for a One-time Validation code. The message says it was sent to me email (nothing has arrived thought). This is not a new account, i've had it for several years.

What can I do?

    I am in the same boat. Wont send me any email with this code.

    Im getting the "account error please click here" error. I click and it brings me to a page saying the beta server is not up and to check the schedule LOL. I give up

    I get that aswell. Im thinking my beta key hasnt been applied properly or something. I applied it ages ago. I tried to reapply it but it says the code has been used.

    Either way I brought a key and cant play, scared I wont get to play at all as the window of server uptime is so small.

    All Cryptic Games do this, you have to go to email and enter the code. Also right now the server is down
    I am usually Deaths Crowbar.

    I am got the beta key from torchlight 2 pre-order, still not able to login :(

    Same here. I got the beta key with the Torchlight 2 pre-order, and I registered the key last year when I got it. Now, I get the "Account Error" dialogue when trying to get past the launcher, even though I did get an email stating I was granted access to play.

    Ok this is getting silly, Not one dev response, finally got an email with the code but when I enter it in, it says invalid. How is this good for you if it doesn't work.

    Same ONE TIME CODE Not working. I finally got a code after about an hour plus. Didnt Work. Looked at support put in a ticket nothing. Looked some more and found if u delete cookies it will send a new one time code. got that after about 20 min. Second ONE TIME CODE didnt work either. Paid 60 bucks for nothing lol. what a rip.

    Just got another email for the 1 time code, which ironically was the same exact code as last time, and once again Not valid. Nice job there.

    Sorry to be rude, but Obviously you guys aren't reading, several people have followed these steps in the link and still not working. Something is seriously wrong, when the same invalid code keeps getting mailed out.

    PS. maybe you guys should just disable this validation thing, cause it obviously has issues.

    Ok Finally after 4 hours, 8 emails with invalid codes, I finally got a code that worked, sadly I prompty logged out as I lost total interest to even try the game tonight. We'll see I how i feel tomorrow.
