It is not impossible. It is determined using a RNG, and the very nature of random means that you could roll a 100 a million times in a row, it is just that the odds of that happening are astronomical. The odds of coming up 91+ three times in a row is not all that low

I haven't tried it, but I have read several things posted by people who have used a regular keyboard who have said it does indeed work. You still have to hit L1+down pad+square to allow you to type, but it does apparently work.

I can attest that the blue tooth keyboards that attach to controllers work, though the one I got kept getting unpaired. The biggest annoyance is you have to hit three buttons just to type, so unless you are just chatting while loitering it was really impractical (not sure if this is true for a full keyboard). As others have said, you are down-leveled for some basic character elements, but since you keep your gear, powers, and as far as I know your attributes you have a pretty big advantage over the folks who are level appropriate.

I find that the PS4 android/iOS app is so much easier than a bluetooth keyboard. I just pair my phone, make it so the screen stays on (plugged into the charger), and stay on the typing screen. Then again I am a 99% solo player, so I rarely have any reason to communicate with other players.
