I logged out and back in and was able to continue. Looked like from where I left off. No blocking blue walls this time. I died twice and was able to use Scrolls in time to avoid the Campfire. Also if you die, and use a scroll to come back. Then Jarlaxle does not respawn to help.

I logged back in and was a able to finish the quest and I'm now in Menzo. Logging back in put me in Protectors Enclave. I just followed the quest again and it looked like it put me far along in the map this time. So I guess that is the fix for the problem. Log Out and Back in and continue with the quest. I died twice, but…

Oh. Ok. I found it. The Zen guy next to the mounts shows my Medium Tiger as discounted to free. The zen store from the menu showed what is apparently the current promotion which is the white wolf, but this zen guy with the mounts shows my Medium Tiger for free. Got it. Need to go to m y other toons and buy the white wolf…

Can't find the tiger in zen store. But the white wolf is free, so I guess I have a nice mount at least. Hummm.... Wonder where my account wide "Medium Tiger" is?

I solved the screenshot problem. Turns out if the folder is not present, the program just silently fails to store the shot. I created a folder at MYGAMESSD:\Arc\Neverwinter_en\Neverwinter\Live\screenshots and now the screen shots are being saved with the Print Screen key. Problem solved. Have a great one.

Thanks. I'll check that out. I'm used to the Print Screen key in games capturing the screen to a folder. Guess not in this game. Even tho the post about the contest says it works. Odd. I guess we can use the Win Games menu [Win G] and click the button for the screen shot. That works just fine. Thanks again.
