Account wide mounts on new character?

windyplayerwindyplayer Member Posts: 16 Arc User
Years ago I made three chars and at the time somehow got an account wide tiger mount. So those three toons have a tiger to ride.

Now I've made another toon. But I can't figure out how to get the tiger unlocked on the new toon.

I went to see the Reward Claims Agent https://neverwinter.fandom.com/wiki/Reward_Claims_Agent

But he is no help.

Anybody got a clue about how to get my account wide tiger on my new toon?

Thanks.

If it came from the Zen Market, on the mounts page it would be listed at the top with a price of "Free".

Can't find the tiger in zen store. But the white wolf is free, so I guess I have a nice mount at least.

Hummm.... Wonder where my account wide "Medium Tiger" is?

Oh. Ok. I found it. The Zen guy next to the mounts shows my Medium Tiger as discounted to free. The zen store from the menu showed what is apparently the current promotion which is the white wolf, but this zen guy with the mounts shows my Medium Tiger for free. Got it. Need to go to m y other toons and buy the white wolf for them too while it's free.

    Problem solved.

As far as I know and have experienced myself over the years, when you buy an account-wide item from the Zen store it will show up permanently as 'free' and just stay there so no rush. But having said that, you never know what screwball changes this company is going to make, they do some really bizarre things and make some really bad changes seemingly for no reason, so nothing is guaranteed.
Apparently pointing-out the bleeding obvious is a 'personal attack'.

Even the green and blue mounts that were removed from the Zen store years ago still show up for me. I have lost access to a pet from the claims agent over the years though.
