It seems like a good idea, and it would be an easy fix, but I'm afraid that'd be a band-aid for a bullet wound. They'd find a way around that, I believe. I know if I was in that business (which I'm not,) I'd find a way. Even if it required "Powerleveling" a toon to max to use Zone chat, I could do that in a weekend.

I appreciate the reply. However, finding the I.P. of the spam-botters in question is more difficult than that due to dynamic IPs and public proxies. If they get banned or silenced, they can just make a new account with a new proxy and start over. The only real fix that I can see is hard-code a Silence system in the chat…
