I've been seeing the same thing.. I thought it was just me. I run a lot of 1000+ raw AD missions and they're never there to refine. I haven't been able to track it down to auto refining or disappearing (5 characters makes it harder).

The chat system requires a lot of people to report as spam to ban.. it's not just a handful of people. I've seen quite a few people who spam LFG/LFM and never get banned.. so I'm a bit dubious of people who say they weren't spamming and got banned.

Using your own experience for ID scrolls drops doesn't negate someone else's experience. Just because you don't have a problem with a random drop system doesn't mean other's dont. I sent a friend a buddy key and his key shows as added on his account, but the download button was greyed out. I sent him the direct link and he can login to the patcher, but when it goes to patch it gives this Account Error message with a link that doesn't seem to work to find out what's wrong. I don't want him to lose…

Can you post how you fixed it? Because I have the same issue. EDIT: Ah hah.. it was my TeamViewer causing it. Ugh. Well, turned it off and it's patching now. Thanks for the hint that the fix existed on the internet :)

First, founder and still no email. Second, I installed but it crashes as soon as I hit submit and I get a crash submit dialog. Tried reinstalling, same issue.
