I notice a difference between Stalwart and Regent set, when I use Regent set I seem to do around 25% less damage, I attributed this to having less power?
I am curious about what the primary benefit of this build is. I have been playing a conqueror build for the past month and doing top damage in groups as well as being able to tank all content adequately. Anyone who given PW $ for the game should have access to the game over someone who has paid nothing. Period. Anyone who disconnects from the game whether they have paid or not should get priority back into the game and not have to wait in queue. Period.
I believe GWF will be viable, the big fights I saw in dungeons had lots of adds that could be considered just as much a challenge as the boss. I think GWF will be sought after for non squishy AOE add tanking and dps adding stability amidst chaos.
I did not appreciate having my ticket status as "resolved" when I had followed all the steps and they did not work, and had done all that before filing the ticket, and my ticket said that the posted solution did not work. Generally a proper customer service experience has the customer deciding when the issue is resolved.

Interesting idea, my only experience with how high dps is generated in PVE is from playing a trickster rogue. The best DPS I was able to generate did not seem to rely on using encounter abilities or daily abilities at all. Just being in combat advantage positioning and getting in lots of sequential at will attacks. Granted…
