I like scythes, too -- It's just the titular "realistic scythe as a weapon" makes me giggle because, realistically, a scythe is a horrendous weapon.

It would be interesting to see end-game quest chains culminating in meeting one of the gods. If there was a way to determine which god you'd see based on character alignment, previous actions taken in other quests, race/class, etc -- so much the better.

I think there was something about this... I don't remember specifics but I want to say I read or watched something that pointed at monsters being more susceptible to melee attacks when frozen solid.

Eeeeeeehhhh probably not going to happen. Either the custom spells will be severely under-powered to prevent exploitation, or will be exploited and later nerfed or removed. Too hard to implement custom abilities with a MMO player base.

I would also like to see evolving graphics for abilities. Meaning, a level 5 wizards Fireball spell looks significantly less flashy and devastating than a Lv30's. If anyone's played Dark Age of Camelot, you'll know what I'm talking about.

Bladesingers always seemed a little muddy, to me. I know it's a different setting, but if I were to try for a melee wizard, swordmage all the way.

If it's player made, it's exploitable. Just the reality of it. There will always be people that will try to make the game easier. What would be refreshing is a board of moderators to filter out player-made content that is exploitative, in poor taste, or flat-out poorly designed.

We all often have to step outside our comfort zones to get things we want. ;) You should know that this game is NOT "Neverwinter Nights Online." It is not going to be the same game. Bioware, Atari, and even (I think) WoTC have no influence over the development here. Just making you aware.

I was against the TL2 pre-order at first, but now that I look at the game it looks pretty damn good. I'm not going to get it, just because that style of game isnt my thing (yet I liked Diablo... dammit). If you're active on the forums this early on, you've got a pretty good chance of being in the beta, I'd say.
