I completely agree with OP. A 7 hour rollback is nothing, barely trivial on my radar. Anyone that quits because of lost progress that amounted to not much more than a frakking nap, probably was not going to play NW for the long haul anyway. SO good riddance for us that plan on playing a long time.

Same here. 50 dollar purchase of ZEN. Confirmation in email that payment was made to Perfect World. Zero ZEN showing in my account to transfer. No transaction history of it ever occurring in my history, just the purchase of the game.

Same thing happened to me. I bought some Zen. Got email confirmation that payment was made to Perfect World. But no Zen is showing up in my wallet. I sent customer support an email ticket. It has been an hour and a half now. The transaction is not even listed in my history so I can not check on status of transaction.

As a subscriber to MLB.tv, I am taking the time to watch my favorite baseball team, SF Giants, play the dreaded Dodgers. If the game is over before maintenance, I will go play Defiance. I am playing both games now a days. Maybe throw in a DVD. One of my favorite past times.
