So, tonight at 10:52pm I decided to put money down on some ZEN for any future additions to our lovely ZEN Shop here at Neverwinter. I went through all the steps and had no faults or problems and I even got the confirmation email saying that I have made my payment and that my ZEN is ready to be transferred. To my surprise tho the ZEN is not there, my wallet said I have 0 Zen. I checked my Email again to make sure the time that it was sent to the time I made the transaction and it was and I even checked my bank account online to see if the transaction is there and it is.
I tried going to the support section and for whatever reason my browser refuses to go through with it, I can get to the FAQ and the Main Page of Support but for Contacts and Tickets nothing. I am very very VERY unhappy about this and have made transactions in the past with no problems.
I'm only posting this here because I really don't have a choice seeing that I cant file a ticket or contact anyone because my browser refuses to go to the page. Please I seek assistance, and I thank whoever will put there time into helping me greatly.
EDIT: Of note, my Browser is Firefox and this is what I get when I try and go to the PWE Support Page

Same thing happened to me. I bought some Zen. Got email confirmation that payment was made to Perfect World. But no Zen is showing up in my wallet. I sent customer support an email ticket. It has been an hour and a half now. The transaction is not even listed in my history so I can not check on status of transaction.

I just sent an E-Mail with pretty much the same thing with the copy of the Confirmation E-Mail I got from Moneybooker. I just hope to get a response soon. 30 Dollars is no laughing matter.

Same exact problem here, Bought 5$ so not as big of a deal as yours but still frustrating, especially since I have a game breaking bug affecting my cleric atm that they have yet to address...
