Ok this only helps with part of what I was asking. Because I didn't get an answer right away I started mixing this build with the crit build. I used the powers you stated, went Human with +2 STR as stated, for 10/20 put +1 CHA and now I'm putting into WIS. Where I'm stuck though is the feats... I never played on PC and idk…
