Feedback: I'm pretty much going to be saying the same things as everyone else, but I still feel that it needs to be said. I think everyone agreed that ITF was OP and needed to be nerfed. I'm disappointed that it is a flat buff and doesn't take into account your DR, mainly due to the massive investments people have made…
