  • If your going to be a DPS cleric i'd go ahead and get the T1 Set that debuffs mitigation. Either way you should be fine in PvE, PvP on the other hand is really tough unless you spec defensively. I think you must have Vorpal to complete the DPS action but thats just me.

  • You certainly can, however you have 3 optional slots which can be filled by more tools (not just file) to bump it up. You could infact use 5 blue tools to get the job done at 100%, however, 2 purples 1 blue is most efficient to give yourself room to add more people to speed it up.
