Just had a purple Axe Beak drop from CN. Was account bound and gave only 2k Arp despite it initially having the "Legacy" qualifier (which disappeared once it dropped into my inventory).

Mineverwinter just dropped with a ring at the end etc. Probally can drop in chest too I wouldn't be suprised.

Just confirmed in pc forum. Problem might be he's trying to apply kit while wearing the armor. Armor needs to be removed and in inventory and then you can apply kit. Apparently that was not always so.
