"Exposed Weakness" Feat Question

in The Thieves' Den
The description states "While in stealth, you ignore an additional 5/10/15/20/25% of your targets armor." My question is...does that mean if I already have the 60% cap, I ignore 85% of the targets armor? Or is it only useful while your armor pen is less than the 60% cap? Therefore making it useless to have if I already have the 60% cap. Any1 know exactly how this works in regards to the armor pen cap of 60%?

    I asked this in the PC class forum and only got 1 reply so I guess it was right. If you already have 60% Resistance Ignored for PVE it won't do anything and be wasted. For PVP it would essentially act as an additional 25% Resistance Ignored while in stealth.
