The same thing happened to me. I tried running the client as administrator and it worked. Maybe coincidence, maybe the fix - but for what its worth, it failed 3 times the normal way.

Check the tech support forums under "Zen /Billing issues" before you buy Zen in the next few days. There is more than a small problem, and unless you go fishing for it, there is no way to know it is even happening.
There are literally hundreds of people, including myself who have bought Zen since at least yesterday and have not received it. Something is wonky with their system. It will be HILARIOUS if the problem turns out to be Zen being credited to the wrong accounts.
