Would be nice, but if they'd include the Ranger with the Feywild thingie, they would advertise it on the Feywild Info page. Which they don't. So in my so not humble opinion, more than unlikely.
Not gonna quit... But I bought one of them big packs.... gotta admit, regretting that... have another game i'd rathert spent this money on.... Too late now... Excelsior.
My first ever D&D character was a half-elf ranger. Had great times with him. When Neverwinter launches, my cleric will be a half-elf. Looking forward to creating him. I'll nail down his looks tonight when the beta opens. :D
I voted for Ranger, but they won't be in at release. And archery ranger only. None of the that dual weapon hallapaloo, thanks. Beyond that, I plan to play all five classes that the game will launch with, they all look fun. Probably start with a half-elf cleric though. But I'll see it when I'll sit at the char gen screen,…
I saw "A Discovery in Neverwinter Woods" being played in one of the videos released the last beta weekend. I wanted to play it right then and there, but I didn't have beta access yet. I'll definitely play it on the March 8th weekend. :D
Thanks to having spend similar cash on the other cryptic games, lifetime subs for both, I have the chance to actually try the game before I have to decide, because I will get access to the next two beta weekends. Who knows, I might just find it's good enough to warrant the purchase of one of the founder's packs.... :D
On STO, what annoyed me the most about the lockboxes was the game wide system message that popped up on EVERYONE's screen whenever some fu...nky dude got one of the rare ships from a lockbox. That was in your face annoying, and utterly unnecessary. Basically, lockboxes are advertisement for buying keys. And because of that…
I've dabbled a bit on STO's foundry, and from everything I saw so far in videos, Neverwinter's foundry is even more powerful. I'm thinking of converting my unpublished STO thingy about an alien-hating terrorist group to Neverwinter, making it a pro-human secret murder-cult instead, or something along those lines.…
On STO I've tipped good adventures, most of them are entertaining enough to warrant some dilithium for the work the author put in. I'll be doing the same on Neverwinter for sure, with the astral diamonds. I'd never tip real money though. Keep it in the game, that's where it belongs. It's not a job.
