No, your post is not abrupt at all. Pre-CTA, I was waiting about 2 to 3 min max to get into PVP. Now it's back to the way it was after the 3/6/14 patch. I've been waiting for 15 min and still not into PVP and it's during the PVP event. WTH???

Yes, I am having this problem too as of Thursday, 2/6/14. Not only can I not rearrange the HUD, it will not reset either. And I use the rearrage feature often (mainly because if I don't move my skill bar over, I cannot swap out any Daily skills.)
