When you say it doesn't give treasure, do you mean RAD or no treasure chests? I ask because I've never received (in my 5 or so runs) any RAD from this dungeon. I'd like to point out that you listed the Rage Drake as having a 4000 critical strike bonus; this is incorrect, it's only 2000 critical strike. The Imperial Rage Drake has a 4000 critical strike bonus, but it costs probably 10 million AD.

Lifesteal severity represents how much health you gain when lifesteal procs. Lifesteal represents how often you will steal health from an enemy. There is always a 10% tax after an item sells. You're confusing posting fees with the 10% AH cut. At a certain rank of VIP (rank 8 I believe), you are no longer required to spend AD to post an item for sale on the AH.

I too am having this issue, both with items I have sold in auction and items I have won in auction. Probably a dozen items or more in total. Very frustrating.
