To avoid this bug, try to stop DPS'ing at 5% then just survive until the "hands" take him out. Hope this helps a little while they fix it.

Thanks for the update. Does this random crashed affecting some of us, 3 in a party crashed, other 2 stayed in, then happened again to the same group but different people stayed in this time is related or is it a different issue?

Considering the amount of time that has passed, it would be nice, not to say professional, if someone acknowledge you are aware of the shard being down and at least tell us something. At least in Portugal, France and UK we are all down, not even able to click the "Play" button (it's greyed out). Is it possible to give an ETA for when this is solved!?

The graphics glitch is also affecting the quest - "Chapter 4: The Helm of Bruenor Battlehammer" , soon you go through the barrier the screens gets all messed up, and the only way is to use the "defeat myself" tool.
