    Considering the amount of time that has passed, it would be nice, not to say professional, if someone acknowledge you are aware of the shard being down and at least tell us something.
    If I make a client wait more than 5m I usually have the consideration​ of telling him something is happening and ask for his patience and comprehension. Just my 2 cents.

    Ha! A dev posting on the ps4 forums. You got jokes my friend. We won't get an aknowledgement here as we're still waiting for an explanation for the past 100 server crashes.
