• I'd prefer 2 points, anyway there's a difference between PvE and PvP: for PvP 3 points are a MUST.

• Why Healing Action has only 3 points? The tooltip is bugged, not the feat itself (as you can see each class has a 5 points feat that grants more AP gain), and I too think that 3 points in CLeans are a bit overkill. I'm curious to see your new powers array. Great guide, anyway. ;)
