I've earned about 500 zen overall from doing the surveys. I'm not sure why you're having problems. Maybe disable your ad block? I received the zen instantly after I finished a survey and the Peanut Labs asked whether I had a "good or bad experience" with the survey. I just stopped doing them because it seems I'm ineligible…
Pretty much in the same place that they appear normally - along the left hand side, but above my personal portrait instead of below it. Loot and gold notifications appear on the right hand side above my potions and map.
However when you go to the main Neverwinter website, it clearly states it's in beta. A simple bug in the HTML (which I'm sure they've explained before) on the PWE website that is replacing the beta icon with the live icon.

The only reason the first icon isn't outlined is because that's the launcher for the game. The launcher closes when the actual…
I'm just curious as to why you believe "founders" are entitled to benefits that other players aren't? I don't have a sporty title for being a "founder," however I have spent some money on the game. I just don't think the founder packs are exactly worth it - I buy everything
This is what I'm mainly curious about as well. I legitimately bought a cat yesterday morning, got it to level 15 before the servers were abruptly shut down, and now I've got to start all over again. I'm just waiting to transfer my Zen to AD to get started.
