As much of a Problem it is, there is still a good reason for it at times. Those ideals are exactly the problem! If theyre in the dungeon then they have a good enough GS to run it. How else will they get better gear if all the uppity ups never let them play through it? And no dungeon requires any specific class. That's a defeatist viewpoint.

I saw a guy laughing and bragging to another player that he ripped them off. Trade scroll was runnig too fast to catch his name though. Its a shame.

Couldnt agree more. Besides the trade chate going by so fast that you cant even read it there are hordes of donks spamming messages of repeated '@'s over and over again. Seperate chat tabs would be epic as would allowing us to mute certain players chat.
