UPDATE-- ok , so i finally got it to work.. first i uninstalled everything-- i downloaded everything again BUT i disabled my AVG anti-virus and my Malwarebyte's Anti-malware programs before anything. everything downloaded and got patched correctly and this time it worked..!!
