I just wanted to thank the OP and the this thread for their feedback. I'm just coming up on 70 with my paladin and I had the same fears of not being ready to tank the dungeons. This will be a great help :D

I completely agree. My DC has received 2 out of a possible 4 opportunities, and my GWF has 3 out of 4. For me the main benefit of the bonus points is that I don't need to respec if I decide I want 4-out of a specific encounter/at-will power.
