@alfalolz Arbiter isnt a supporter. It should be a dps. That lock lock was specced for healing as in soulweaver specc. Personaly i havnt tested pvp yet but the comparison there is inaccurate

There is external cd reduction ingame. Some od it might not work yet but its there. Non the less griffon +heart if X dragon or the new wyvern artifact might have a valid comeback

keresta and the vampss are way to strong. But also BUG: u can kite Keresta back to the last campfire stand in the fire she wont attack and u can nuke her down. or this is by designe since she can realy hamster u UP :D

I still cant find myself happy with the Attribute´s beeing fixed. I might be a bit bias as a Cleric main. but it would feel more logical if CON would have CC ressit and WIS Ap gain.

i dont get this ^ mostly ur ar an arbiter player i guess. u still have boh to heal ur self. that beeing said its the healers job to heal u not ur own. as stated in the intent of the whole class rework. if ur are soloing try using devo. if found it way better for solo play becuz what arbiter lacks is aoe and by far alot.…

I know this is just flavour, and with that not a top prio. Id like when our feats taht effect our encouters switch the encouters to the old blue devine state just to highlight it better.

The buff from the feat is quite long. U can for exp use the burning stacks for ff which leads to radiant. Build up a few more with ur other atwill and crit ur searing light

What i would like to see that the feats that are linked to specific at wills to produce an Effekt to specific encouter should be any at will to specific encouter. Skilled sunburst doesnt seem to do what the tooltip stats other than the knock back null. Out of combat Divinty recharge must be waaaaaaay faster.
