If you play neverwinter with friends, or migrated to the game together. I recommend you guys pick the roles you'd want to play. At the end of the day, it's what's fun and what's needed. If your friends don't want to heal or tank, you could always build a DC or OP. For me, I went Hunter Ranger because it fits my in and out…

For those of you who say switching characters doesn't work. Try getting the second character to Teleport to helms. Once you can travel there, travel back to protectors enclave. I had to do it this way for it to work. The regular switching didn't work.

Fortunately, there is the PSN chat to work around the only "fix" found for this problem. Which is Simply to go into your setting and turn off voice chat while in-game. Temporary fix but still needs to develop dealt with.

Yea, your VIP rank is permanent. Although, if you don't have VIP active, none of the passive abilities you get will be active until you reactivate VIP.
