Put on steal time with it, and time it to where you use it when EotS procs, and then watch the storm do work lol. Huge and noticeable difference in damage.

It gives you a 30% chance to drop down a bolt of lighting when you crit that does anywhere between 6-12k damage extra damage :). Might possibly be the best passive in the game lmao, and yes...literally half of your damage in epic dungeons I will come from it if you have it slotted.

You would do much better to keep storm spell and eye of the storm slotted. Literally half of your damage comes from that in pve, and it's super helpful pvp as well. Or you get lucky and have 2 or 3 people who know what they're doing and go all out on the cleric (which says something itself I guess. I don't have any problems at all taking a cleric 1v1 though.) Rogues aren't that crazy anymore either after figuring out the 3 moves they all use.
