I don't have so much a problem w/ Heroics but... yeah on the left side closes to entrance I drop off the cliff and get a Blue Screen all too often once I hit the Cancellation rod area. Also when doing Phantasmal Fortress after the map shows you traveling I get a blue screen boot there often as well. Definitely annoying.

my opinion, garbage. if you're leveling a new character the Ensorcelled Arsenal might be nice, or if you may need a companion or mount and get lucky enough to receive otherwise, garbage.
