  • This worked. And thanks for being helpful. As I said in my earlier post, Arc does not work... it refuses to list Neverwinter in my game options when I try to buy Zen, so referring me back to Arc is not very useful.

  • Can anyone help? I have the same issue, and no, going through Arc web page does not work for me -- it's not listing the game for me. I got Neverwinter through Steam.
