  • I received a response to my ticket. One of the suggestions was to run the launcher as Administrator...so if you go to your desktop and right click the shortcut icon for NW, there should be a choice to Run as Administrator. Click on that and it will patch perfectly, at least mine did. Good Luck!!!

  • Are we the only 2 in the world having this problem? Does PWI watch these boards at all? Can we get some resolution from them possibly?

  • That is the same error I received. And this has happened to me before. I forget how it was solved but I have a ticket sent in to the Help Area. Do you use Arc? I do not and I am wondering if that may have an affect.
