I learned to never logout at areas with lots of people/players... like near the auction area and postal courier. If you are stuck at loading screens, try using the safe mode. Enabled via the launcher options.

Bag is not from the Dungeon. You just have to follow your storyline, do all the quests in the chain and eventually you will be given the quest that awards the bag as the end reward.

The adds are fine, it is the smack the moles(your party) tentacles that's a real pain. They deal ridiculous amount of damage and has a ton of health for you to DPS it down to ensure a temporary safe area to fight the adds(After the brain shields up).

Think it's at 35 or 36 you are locked out from queueing this dungeon.. Very annoying and serious bug. Game froze, and you are forced to end the game manually by killing the process. To the other PVP team members you look like you are standing still for a min or so and then disconnected. Forgot to add, usually I log back in with serious injury which requires me to use an injury kit...

Closed betas usually don't have lag when there's very limited players. For me, closed beta and headstart for neverwinter is smooth. Xp given by killing mobs in foundry is actually slower than those awarded by quest-lines completion. ? Simply start your own launch 60 days later. It's F2P, you can play whenever you like. If it's an RP guild, I believe they can also wait for 60 days... What are friends for? So those who's only half-orc player has to wait for months or forever? lol.

yeah sneak and disarm don't count. Actually you can access to all the skills access to interact with class objects by buying items like incense->religion, mage power->arcane,10' pole->dungeoneering, thief kit->thievery... etc
