problem solved thanks to nice folks in the community. I set graphics down to a bare minimum and had the neverwinter world back again \o/ now for turning it back up slowly and see where the problem was. Happy I dont have to re-install completely! Leaving the solution here for people with a similar problem :)

Or is Neverwinter all of a sudden covered completely in snow?

We had the problem too. Only that it wouldnt open at all for us (was in with 2 Guild buddies). We even left the dungeon and entered again, same thing.

Hi, this is happening again... we just experienced it at the lair of the mad dragon. one girl said she and her party had defeated the 2nd boss and could not move on anymore. as her party members left people from the queue kept coming into an empty dungeon. everytime someone left someone else from the queue was transported…
