We're taking a closer look at how those are dropping and how we're messaging the runic resources. If you have the resonator and there are no resources dropping from the zone rune encounters, that's definitely a bug and we'll fix that ASAP.

Hi shiani1, which campaign step did you complete? Make sure to collect your reward from the campaign step, and the next mission will be nearby to where you spoke with Azuli to turn the mission in. Hope this helps!

Sorry for all the resets, but thank you for the detailed feedback. Most of these will be fixed in the next update. As something to help the missing floor, try running off the edge toward the door and you might still get warped to Trobriand.
