No worries, I'm sure you'll get it sorted soon. Will there be a way for players who were recently disconnected from the server to skip the queue? A five minute grace period would be awesome.

Found this by googling. I was getting the connection to the account server timed out thing, because the game didn't make a start menu entry at all, and when I went looking for the .exe, I assumed it would be the one in the Neverwinter folder, E:\games\Cryptic Studios\Neverwinter\Live\GameClient.exe I don't wanna seem…

edit: Wow, the forum mangled my quote of the OP. What's I'd like to see is "Update 3: Players who are disconnected from the server will skip the queue if they reconnect within 5 minutes of the DC."
