now the client goes with this message: "Neverwinter is currently offline. We are aware of this issue and currently working on bringing the server back online as soon as possible." But the server status is up (ONLINE!?!)

tried to login now on the web gateway and they post a message of maintenance... "Neverwinter Gateway is currently undergoing maintenance. Please try again later."

Hi guys, I've been in your guild before, but accidentaly pressed the Leave button (too many windows on screen at once). Now i can't find you in the Guilds tab of the game in Neverwinter. I've applied on your site, but never received the activation email. What to do next? Thanks in advance!
