which power are you talking about? If the power you are talking about has a 10sec cooldown normally then with the feat it would be 9 secs, exactly the .2 per rank that you mentioned. In concept I think it should be bop. BUT 1) It's weird to change this midstream, you should do this when the next tier is added 2) The delves chest mechanic sucks and needs to be fixed and changed. You need to block. That is how mark is supposed to work if you read the tooltip. If you block the attacks you won't lose mark. No faceroll tanking in this game.

ok i don't get it but I actually got dungeon delving 3 in live today when I did Epic Lair of the Pirate King for the first time. yes still not fixed. And wow, I never realized you could reproduce this on demand by hitting block during an encounter. I only knew about it happening from disabling abilities.

The graphics/animation of it is just so cool. Plus I would've thought having the cube trap you would've been a really hard mechanic to create. Moving you inside and rooting you is such a simple and elegant solution.

login name and handle are two different things. You shouldn't be telling people your login name. Forum name is a 3rd value.
