Relevant, from the patch notes: Alchemy now properly shows up in the Gateway Profession list. Alchemy now properly shows up in the Auction House, under the Professions category. The Resources bag in the Profession inventory tab now has 30 more slots, for a total of 90. Hope that helps!
Hmm. You could, potentially, save it up and sell later on, but personally I'd just equip it. I likes me some cool horses, and I have poor impulse control. :)
We're already planning on an early maintenance, at midnight. I don't know if there's any code change to help with lag, but it usually improves after maintenance. The character login issue should be fixed too.
This is all linked to an issue we're having maintenance to resolve -- after midnight's maintenance, anyone affected will be able to log in without a problem. See this thread for details.
Unfortunately, if you can't get on right now, you'll probably need to wait until maintenance. It's only a couple hours, though, so stay tuned -- we'll have you back up and running as soon as possible. Thanks for your support!
For some of these, especially offers that involve actually buying something, it can sometimes take a while for the company with the offer to verify everything -- it's possible that this might just need a little longer. If not, send in a ticket to Customer Support. I don't think we can do anything about it directly, but if…
This sounds about right, separate issue. One of the other updates going in tonight's maintenance is to fix some disconnect issues, so that should be good.
Time changed to midnight tonight -- 12:01 AM PD, 6/21. This is to resolve an issue affected some players in Gauntlgrym. More details are available in this thread.
The engineers haven't gone into panic mode, just "serious anime-style focus", so my assumption is it isn't too rough. It just takes some working -- which I'll post about shortly. ;) Yeah, on both counts. The alchemy issue is probably the same, and the issue is character- or account-centric.
We're acting on it as we speak -- thanks everyone for your help in identifying the symptoms, it's helped us find the root cause. We're minutes away from posting more information, so stay tuned. Thanks for your support, everyone, I appreciate it.
ZEN will be given back to you after the character wipe right before Open Beta. This is a different issue, though. Have you transferred the ZEN to the Neverwinter server?
Might be worth logging in the main client, and logging out and back in to Gateway. I know that sounds like a cop-out answer, but it does help a surprisingly large amount of the time. Let me know if that doesn't help, it might be an issue with Gateway.
If you've gotten receipts but not notifications, it's possible that you've unsubscribed. Have you ever asked to be taken off any PWE/Cryptic email lists? Getting removed from one will remove you from all the games' promotional lists.
Beta Weekend 4 is only for Founder's pack purchasers and their friends, so if you got into BW3 from a different means, you might be out of luck. You can check this blog to see more info, and you can always pick up a Founder's Pack if you'd like to get in and play this weekend.
I've spoken with the Customer Support team about the grayed-out button or "Display Name Conflict" issue, and the most likely reason is that you're using Cryptic accounts that haven't been linked to PWE accounts. Can you all try linking your accounts? There's a FAQ here, should help you figure it out. Let me know if that…
